MGM / Hollywood Studios

 MGM now known as Disney's Hollywood Studios
{Universal is still a separate entity}
is small and mostly shopping and restaurants.
We went for the Indiana Jones show
The Muppets 3 D Theater
and
The Star Wars ride.
No Star Wars ride.
They are changing it up or something.

 ABC Commissary ~ recommend for Lunch/Dinner
The Fish plate was really good.

 Indiana and Marion doing their thing.
The Womb Weebles really had a "blast" at this show.

This is the only reason I came to this park.
The freakin Muppets!
{no flash photography please}

 Funnel Cake ~ a piece of Heaven right there in your lap...
on your lap,
your clothes,
your face
your hair...
I knew the minute we entered the park,
that this was how I was going to end my day.
and I did.

disney World Magic Kingdom

Great fantastical Tripp.

We started to the left,
and didn't finish til we were right.
We  felt the best time was in late afternoon
and close the park down at Midnight.
The crowds are most definitely heaviest from 11:30 to about 3 or 4pm.
Add the battle between the Strollers and Electric scooters,
and it can get pretty hectic.

Fast Pass really is worth it.
It allows you to "reserve" a space in line
by giving you a choice between two times to come back.
And you get in the really really short line.
While waiting, you can go do other things.
You can only do one fast pass at a time.

If you do get there for breakfast,
I recommend the Main Street Bakery.

Pecos' Bill's restaurant recommended  for lunch or dinner~
great food, decent prices
 I wouldn't recommend going on the
Big Thunder Mountain runaway train ride after
 Before...allll you want to.

Hidden residents of Magic Kingdom

 Who wouldn't want to live in the Robinson tree house??

She wore her Pirate shirt for the Pirate ride.
He was just along for the ride...

 Many many parades.....many.

Are we there yet??

T~Rex Restaurant....RAWR!

 RAWR!!!!

 T~Rex was our big Road Tripp Family Dinner.
and hot damn, Dinosaurs are da bomb!!!

 http://www.trexcafe.com/index.html

It's Fascinating.

There's the Ice rOOM
where we had dinner
{the others are Fire, Water, Earth}

 If you can, get the Ice roOm;
It changes colors,
with a Meteorite shower every 20 minutes,
it has this cool ass T~Rex.

We splurged on this flickering drink cups
{which were making me quite dizzy!}
for the kiddos.

Typical kids menu

The Chook Man and I, splurged on the FoOd!
I had the Tar Pit Fried Shrimp {and I didn't taste any tar OR BP Oil!}
and The Chook had the Bone Yard Buffet.

Both meals were very delicious and worth the price.

The rest of the Restaurant
These Jelly Fish were just exquisite....
I need a couple of them in my bathroom.

We all have a Dinosaur deep within us just trying to get out.
~ Colin Mochrie

This is by far, the best restaurant The Family has been to.
They really outdid themselves with this
and it paid off.

Cheesy Tourist Souvenirs!
We went with the Dino Figurines,
a bag full of Dino Figurines.

Eight dinos for about 13.00$!

This plastic popcorn bucket gets up~cycled to a Dino Keeper

yep, this place is the moshest Pit on Earth!

Downtown Disney

We planned our tripp to arrive late afternoon Saturday
to be able to visit Downtown Disney
for Two Reasons~
Blu and the Lego Store
RayRay and the T~Rex Restaurant..
nuf said.

The Blu Man is an avid Legomaniac.

He was promised his Birthday Presents from the Lego Store
{the actual store in under remodeling,
but they have a temp place further down}
The only Lego Creature we saw was the Water Dragon;
They LoVed it.

 and then, there is......T~Rex.

RAWR means I LoVe You in Dinosaur.
and We LOVE this restaurant.

HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY
recommend making Reservations.

They have the water taxi's that can bring you from section to section,
if you would rather not walk.
It's very beautiful at night.
This is a shopping and restaurant park.
You can look at a list of shops and eateries on~line,
many of which show their prices.

The only ride I could see was the Hot Air Balloon,
and it wasn't running when we were there.

They also have Cirque De Soleil which is very popular.

 I'm glad we knocked this out the first night though.
Shopping isn't our favorite thing to do, plus...
It freed us up for The Good Stuff.
